🎓 Scientific Highlight of the Week 🎓 We are delighted to share insights from a brand-new study entitled "Modeling memory B cell responses in a lymphoid organ-chip to evaluate mRNA vaccine boosting" published in J. Exp. Med by Raphaël Jeger-Madiot et al:  https://lnkd.in/dydxf_Rw Congratulations to all authors for this impressive study. They developed a lymphoid organ-chip (LO chip) model to predict the immunogenicity of candidate vaccines and demonstrated that the LO chip represents a versatile platform suited to the preclinical evaluation of vaccine-boosting strategies. Our LNP formulations engineered with a “Moderna-like” lipid composition and encapsulating mRNA encoding for GFP ad Ovalbumine were used as controls.
