When Co-op's engineering team saw an increase in demand for its support across the business and needed to flex its internal capacity to deal with peaks in demand, our team was chosen to help with the challenge. To empower Co-op's engineering team with the flexibility to adjust resources and access a wide-ranging pool of experts, we proposed a ‘dedicated engineering team’ approach. Really happy that Zühlke Group and Co-op have embraced this partnership and we are both learning from each other as this journey progresses. Here are just some of the key results we accomplished through our collaboration: - A dedicated team of engineers, cross-discipline consulting services, and innovation workshops drive scalability and cost savings. - Lead time to fill engineering roles reduced by 30%, with a mixture of dedicated and flexible roles filled by Zühlke’s experts. - Partnership with Zühlke helps Co-op’s engineering team enhance quality and achieve delivery excellence while controlling costs. 1wThis is terrific. There are a lot of "high level commissions" looking at Acquisition. In my opinion, the adoption of Open Systems (MOSA/SOSA), Digital Engineering, and Software as a Service will revolutionize how the DoD buys things. Pacific Defense is leading this charge with great Open Systems technology
