Thank you Pallavi Kakathkar. Lately, my focus has been on finding ways to make our services an integral part of your daily life. Can we become your go-to destination for everything related to vegetarian food? How can we encourage you to visit our stores more often? Some ideas we’re working on: • Subscriptions • Loyalty programs • Rewards • Gift cards • Happy hour specials • $5 deals • Senior meets • “Meet the Parents” programs • Tiffin services • Welcome-back packages for families returning from vacations Revenues and profitability, I believe, will naturally follow once we continue delivering value to our customers. On the backend, my thoughts revolve around: • How can we source better? • How can we minimize waste? • How can we automate processes to improve efficiency? These questions keep me awake at night. This year, our focus is on strengthening backend operations to ensure we’re ready to grow and thrive over the next decade.
This post is in genuine appreciation of Jay Jayaraman (SaaaS - Saapad as a Service) ji’s service to folks who have just returned home from a long flight or a strenuous trip.👏👏👏 Few learnings for me from this: 1. Identify your customer’s most vulnerable moment and be at their service at that exact moment. ⏰ This will ensure your service is most valuable for your customer. 2. You can empathize better with your customer when you feel their pain. So, experience your own products/services before you serve them to others. ❤️🩹 3. Identify your target customer base and optimize your solution for them. 🎯 4. More than anything else, be a good neighbor. 🤗 Thank you, Jay Jayaraman (SaaaS - Saapad as a Service) ji for serving the Bay Area community with clean, authentic, delicious food. 🙏

What can open up a greater possibility?
Meet Patrick. Patrick is an ākonga of ours that we supported into mahi eight months ago. Patrick paid us a visit last week to proudly show us his new purchase, a Harley Davidson! We are so happy to celebrate his success and see the results of his efforts, his planning, dreams and vision. Patrick started out with a push bike to get to work, as you do what you do to get to your mahi, but with determination he has been able to purchase a Harley. Thank you for sharing your success with us Patrick. We are super proud! Ka rawe! May you always drive safely and proudly. Ngā mihi nu nui.

We can learn valuable lessons from Mr Sanada. What do you think?
Reclaim Health, Family & Purpose | Helping Business Leaders Achieve Success, Fulfilment & Lasting Balance through Proven Methods for Personal & Professional Growth | Business Psychologist
"There are those who want a swimming pool in their home, while those who have it already barely use it. Those who have lost a loved one miss them deeply, while others who hold them close often complain about them. Who doesn't have a partner longs for it, but who has it sometimes doesn't value it. He who is hungry would give everything for a plate of food, while he who has plenty complains about the taste. The one who doesn't have a car dreams of it, while the one who has it always looks for a better one. The key is to be grateful, to stop looking at what we have and to understand that, somewhere, someone would give everything for what you already have and don't appreciate." Hiroyuki Sanada This is a great reminder to be grateful for what we have. What do you think of Sanada's words? Could you share in the comments what you are most grateful for? Thank you, James Prosser for sharing this 👌🏻
