People ask me: How do you run a proper rally event for your fundraiser? Here are three key elements: 1. The Inspiration 2. The Need 3. The Call To Action The Inspiration: (People tend to skip this one, but it's super crucial) It's easy to assume that the people you invite to a rally event are "already inspired", but to run a fundraising campaign, they'll need some extra love in that area. Maybe remind them how special your school/organization is by showing some recent impacts. The Need: Why are we running this campaign? Be TRANSPARENT!! Let them know exactly why we need money. You don't have to go TOO much into detail, but to get people on board and to get those same people to take action, they have to know why and how they help by doing so. The Call To Action: Once they've been inspired and understand the need, they will fully understand that by them taking on personal goals, THAT'S the best way to help. And they want to help.
