Want to make a difference this holiday season? Here's an idea that combines heart + impact. Look what just arrived in the mail this morning! This year, I’m privileged to be able to send something special—Christmas cards designed by a friend for charity. His horse & robin drawing won a contest for LLUEST HORSE AND PONY TRUST , an equine rescue & rehoming charity. Every card sold supports their amazing work. Like the idea too? 🐴✨Click their Linkedin page above to find their online shop. Why send physical cards? They stand out. They’re personal. And when they support a cause, they show you care. Want to make your holiday greetings more meaningful? Check out these cards and spread some joy—while helping horses in need. As they say 'Seasons Greetings' on the inside, you can use them throughout the season, and for those who do not celebrate Christmas. The cards are luxuriously large, great to give with a hamper, and/or to write a genuine personal message that's more than a 1 liner. And as they are not too heavy, an ordinary stamp should be sufficient (I think) to pop them in the mail as well. Thank you, Sam Radion for your beautiful, and meaningful, artwork! #HolidayMarketing #Charity #fundraising #Wales Are you doing something special for #UKCharityWeek? What are you doing to make your corporate and personal gift giving, just a little bit more personal and meaningful?

One horse-sized duck or 100 duck-sized horses? 🐴🦆 Or would you rather raise €100,000 from one donor or 100 donors giving €1,000 each? There are definitely arguments for both of these approaches, and as an organisation grows and develops, there can be real power in having a larger community of people giving smaller amounts. 🌱 But I know for most of you busy CEOs you don't have the time to find and build relationships with 100 donors. ⏰ So most of the time the approach I'd favour is to focus on a small number of people. We can then build authentic, genuine relationships with them, making them part of our mission and community, partnering with them to move the organisation to the next level. Have no doubt that a handful of committed donors can transform your organisation. 🚀 So that's the approach I teach in the Philanthropy Kickstart Challenge, where I give non-profit CEOs the roadmap for raising five and six-figure gifts from individuals. 🗺️ Last week one of the recent graduates messaged me to let me know that a donor was wiring him $50,000. This was after an initial meeting and a couple of follow on conversations. How much easier is that then 50 separate interactions? 🚨 I have a few spots left for the cohort starting next week. Interested in focusing on those horse-sized ducks? Send me a DM to claim your spot and start transforming your fundraising. Deadline is this Friday. p.s. for the record I'd probably take on the giant duck and get it over with. You?

Impacting 5000 kids’ lives in a way you’ve never seen before… Here’s how we did it ⬇️ We were approached by a company who had excess inventory of golf equipment. A BIG Thank You to Durham Artificial Grass We immediately knew who, and how, this partnership was going to help. That product was donated and monetized through The Charity Hub, to give more than 5000 kids an opportunity to learn the game of golf! These are kids who may not have the ability to join sports clubs, or extra curricular activities without the help of amazing organizations like Golf Canada First Tee This is why partnering with The Charity Hub is your next best business move… Yes, you are moving product taking up precious space in your warehouse. Yes, redistributing that product with The Charity Hub saves you time, money and resources. But most importantly, we are working together to strengthen our community, to provide opportunities to those who can benefit the most, and to highlight the incredible work of these amazing charities and foundations. These are opportunities they may never have had before your company’s product donation. Our team puts our hearts and souls into The Charity Hub to make this happen over and over again. We can’t wait to share more stories with you! 🎯 Do you want to be the next company that helps thousands of families? ✅ Reach out to us through the link in the comments! -- Thank you to everyone involved in making this happen -- Shari Rudolph Brian Cotter Jason Hraynyk Jon Sugar Vince Murray, CFA #corporateresponsibility #sustainability #circulareconomy #socialimpact #ESG #charitablegiving

**𝗠𝗼𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗧𝗶𝗽: 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝟰-𝗕𝗼𝘅 𝗠𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗼𝗱** Are you preparing for a move and feeling overwhelmed by the sheer volume of stuff you've accumulated over the years? We've got a simple yet incredibly effective solution for you: The 4-Box Method! 🏡📦 **How Does It Work?** 1. **Grab Four Boxes**: Label them as Keep, Donate, Sell, and Trash. These boxes will be your guiding stars throughout the decluttering process. 2. **Room-by-Room Sorting**: Start with one room at a time to keep things manageable. As you go through each item, decide which box it belongs in: - **Keep**: For items you absolutely need or love. These will be the things you can't imagine your new home without. - **Donate**: For items in good condition that you no longer need but could bring joy or utility to someone else. Local charities will appreciate your generosity! - **Sell**: For items that still have value and could earn you a little extra cash. Think about holding a garage sale or listing them online. - **Trash**: For items that are broken, outdated, or simply not worth keeping. Make sure to recycle whenever possible. ♻️ 3. **Stay Organized**: As you fill each box, make sure to label them clearly. This will make it easier to manage your belongings when it’s time to pack and move. 4. **Review and Reflect**: Once you've gone through all the rooms, take a moment to review your boxes. Do you really need everything in the Keep box? Can some items be moved to Donate or Sell? #MovingTips #Declutter #Organize #4BoxMethod #HomeSweetHome #MovingDay #Donate #Sell #Recycle #KeepItSimple #TAAA #MakeItHappen #theagentsandassociates

As we approach the Thanksgiving holiday, a time to rest and reflect, I can't help but be incredibly grateful to be where I am - working for a company where my contributions are valued, where we get to do great work, and where the core values and core purpose of the firm support the communities where we live and work...AND where it is encouraged to do it all while having fun! In two weeks, Kimley-Horn will be at Resorts World Las Vegas for the 🎲 Roll for a Reason 🎲 finale. What is that, you ask? For the last few weeks, employees across the firm have competed in a virtual dice-rolling game. The gathering in Las Vegas will feature the 10 regional champions getting together for an in-person championship roll-off. Corny? Sure. Cheesy? Absolutely. But this is an opportunity for our employees to have fun while helping make a real difference. Through this initiative, the Kimley-Horn Foundation is donating more than $1,000,000 to nonprofit organizations, which will positively impact our communities. Every employee who participated got to choose one of three charities (Feeding America, Habitat for Humanity International, or Ronald McDonald House Charities) for the Foundation to send a $75 donation. As the competition heated up, the top 16 players in each region were asked to select a charity to receive donations from the Foundation ranging from $500 to $100,000. Stay tuned for more from the championship roll-off. I can't wait to see who the big winner will be and which charity they will support! #kimleyhorn #RollForAReason #KimleyHornFoundation #CommunityImpact #GivingBack #Thanksgiving

Last Saturday, our founder Gordon Miller embarked on an incredible journey, participating in the Chase The Sun Cycle, riding coast to coast. Every pedal stroke of this grueling 310-kilometre ride, completed in just 14 hours, was dedicated to raising awareness of modern slavery and supporting Ride For Freedom. What an amazing display of mental and physical strength! Now, we’re inviting YOU to join the #CycleRevolution and make a difference. Whether with friends, collogues, or solo, ride the way you want and help us raise crucial funds to help fight modern slavery. You have a choice in how you participate: Why not set your own challenge? It doesn't have to be anywhere near as intense as Gordon's. Your challenge could be: 1. Riding your bike every day during Anti-Slavery Week. 2. Taking your family out for a ride. 3. Creating a relay team with colleagues. 4. Organizing a group ride with your spin class. 5. Baking treats for the cyclist at your organisation taking part and sharing them to raise awareness and funds. Every effort counts, and every choice you make helps our incredible organization educate, raise awareness, advocate, and provide remedies for survivors of modern slavery through cycling. Ready to make a difference?
