Tell the truth. Change starts at home. We must check in. Society has us believing our men don't need us but men hurt and feel pain, just as women do. As a mother, I know this. As a woman I know this. We must get back to trusting our spirit and not following the worlds view of how we should love each other. Look at people, connect and when you feel that something is wrong SPEAK UP!! Give them space to talk and listen. Too many Black Men are committing suicide each day, when for some a phone call, hug, or conversation would have e made the difference between life and death.
