𝐋𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐁𝐚𝐜𝐤 𝐨𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐅𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐄𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝟔𝐭𝐡 𝐒𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐈𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐚𝐥𝐤𝐬 𝐌𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐜𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐬 𝐛𝐲 𝐆𝐨 𝐀𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐝 𝐀𝐟𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐚 𝐋𝐭𝐝 𝐚𝐭 𝐇ô𝐭𝐞𝐥 𝐒𝐚𝐰𝐚, 𝐃𝐨𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐚 " 𝐎𝐧𝐞 𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐜𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐭𝐢𝐞 𝐚 𝐛𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐥𝐞." – African Proverb This inspiring session, dedicated to building trust within teams and managing conflicts, allowed participants to explore practical tools and key concepts to strengthen collaboration, prevent issues, and effectively manage tensions in the workplace. 𝟓 𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐋𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐝: 1- 𝐓𝐫𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐢𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐟𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠. Without it, a team’s talents remain underutilized. 2- 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐬𝐮𝐫𝐩𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐬 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧. With the right mindset, even challenges can strengthen unity. 3-𝐖𝐞𝐥𝐥-𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐝 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐟𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐭𝐬 𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐛𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞. They become opportunities for team growth. 4- 𝐖𝐞𝐥𝐥-𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐝 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐟𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐭𝐬 𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐛𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞. Inspired by Nelson Mandela, we learned how to unite talents around a shared vision. 5- 𝐖𝐞𝐥𝐥-𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐝 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐟𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐭𝐬 𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐛𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞. Building cohesion requires consistent effort and appropriate tools. Highlights: 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐗 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐘 𝐆𝐚𝐦𝐞: A captivating simulation to explore the dynamics of collaboration vs. competition. 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝟒 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐢𝐫𝐬: An immersive exercise to build trust and define individual roles within a team. 𝐂𝐚𝐬𝐞 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐬: Analyzing and resolving real-life conflicts using practical approaches. This final edition of the year was a true source of learning and transformation. 𝐀 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐟𝐞𝐥𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐤 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐭𝐨 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐮𝐬.
