Gathered together, not just as a team, but as a family. Each face here represents a story, a journey, and a commitment to our shared values. In this picture, we don't just see colleagues; we see the very essence of what makes us strong – people. People who bring their passion, dedication, and unique perspectives to the table every day. Stepping into the unknown can be terrifying. It’s like diving into a sea of uncertainty, where every wave feels like it could knock you off course. Despite the fear, I’ve learned that growth happens when we dare to leave our comfort zones. I’ve put in the extra hours, pushed through self-doubt, and still, that lingering anxiety persists. But amidst the fear, there’s a glimmer of excitement—a spark of possibility. So here’s to embracing the journey, even when every fiber of our being screams for safety. Because sometimes, the greatest rewards lie just beyond our fears. #ohareairport #herbusiness #newjourneybegins #teamworkmakesthedreamwork💯 #partnerships #xpressivemocha

I'm curious, and the more people talk about the lack of professionals in the industry, the more I wonder... What's people's story, how did they get here and join the industry. So, I ask the questions. I find that the ability to simply tell the stories, one by one, sharing the facts can do a lot of good. Why is that? The answer is obvious - it's an impulse for future colleagues to take the first step, to sometimes trust a chance, say yes to an unexpected opportunity and find their place in aviation. Anything is possible. This time I'm pleased to share with you the story entrusted to me by Luis Hurtado Barrutia of General Aviation Service. After a long career at sea, I discovered that leaving yacht life isn't just about finding a new job—it's about rediscovering who you are when the uniform comes off. In my latest blog post, I dive deep into the unexpected challenge every yachtie faces on land: separating your authentic self from the identity you built at sea. From unconsciously adopting crew accents to questioning which parts of your "yachtie self" are truly you, this transition goes far deeper than most realize. If you're considering making the leap to land, or know someone who is, this raw and honest exploration of the post-yachting identity journey might just be the compass you need. Click the link below to read the full story of how I can transform this challenging transition into an opportunity for profound personal growth. 🚢➡️🌍 #YachtLife #CareerTransition #PersonalGrowth #Yachting #YachtCrew #LifeAtSea

📚📚📚 6 years ago, after working very closely with Agnieszka (Agnes) (she/her) Smetana, MSc Psychology, M.A. Social Science in Peer Support Team, she offered me to be a part of her book: “Dziewczyny z LalaLand”. The book tells about dreams, emotions, goals of the Ladies, mainly from Poland / Europe, while entering Aviation in Middle East. 🔜🔜🔜 Few years after, Agnieszka contacted me again. It was 2 months ago. And again, she wanted to interview me, this time about what are the changes from my previous plans that I created in my mind flying for the first time to Middle East. She asked to compare my dreams, plans from before vs the reality. How the life has changed after these few years in Middle East? What costs of my dreams did I pay and if was it worth it? 🔛🔛🔛 Today, at the Aviation Conference organized by @konferencja.cabincrew, she revealed my interview. The costs of my dreams were very big! 🥹 Live moves on and now I feel bloody amazing! ✈️✈️✈️ I am not in Aviation company anymore from the point of view of operations. However, my expertise, experience and love to Aviation pushed me forward to open my very own Coaching Company Coach Globetrotter that focus on helping Cabin Crew and Aviation Professionals to unlock their full potential, dream big and execute these dreams without anybody holding them back! If you want to find out more or this story resonates with you, text me directly! ✨✨✨ I love to inspire and influence other’s life and see the changes in each and every human being for the better! If I can help you to find out what makes you feel stuck at the present position or what does hold you back in your life, that would be already great and very first step towards your transformation! 📱📱📱 Are you ready to start the new journey today? Years ago, I dreamed of writing a book about chance encounters while traveling. Those unexpected moments that emerge from the hurry-up-and-wait nature of flying across the United States have led to some of my most magical experiences. Just recently, on an early morning airport shuttle (shocking for this non-morning person), I struck up a conversation with a fellow traveler headed on a golf adventure. When he asked about what I did for work, I explained, as I do often, about Storm Bowling. He mentioned his nephew was a bowler in the Special Olympics – having no idea that bowling ball manufacturing was right in his backyard. Fast forward a week: his nephew toured our plant and experienced the magic of seeing bowling balls come to life. A simple shuttle conversation transformed into a meaningful connection between our brand and a passionate bowler. These are the moments that remind me why I love what I do. In business and in life, some of the most impactful connections happen when we simply stay open to conversation, even at 5 AM. Every person we meet carries the potential for an unexpected story, a new connection, or a chance to share our passion with someone new. #BusinessConnections #NetworkingMoments #TravelStories #UnexpectedConnections

Where are you in your career? Are you a pilot, co-pilot or passenger? For example, are you a passenger and striving towards being a pilot? Because there's no way to get to the pilot seat without being a co-pilot first. I often think of Malcolm Gladwell's assertion that mastery requires 10,000 hours. Yes, you can sometimes do it faster than that, but not that much faster. You can't become a pilot until you've got the experiential knowledge. There is no correct answer here. Some people enjoy being part of the team, coming along for the ride (i.e. as a passenger). The key is to have your expectations in line with the reality of your role. If you're a passenger, you don't get to second guess the pilot. Personally, I love being the pilot. I like being the first one in line when we're on a hike or we're going to the store. I love acting as a scout. That said, I absolutely rely on the co-pilots in my life to help me get from now to next. How about you?
