Do you prefer reality TV or scripted theatrical entertainment? We're trying something new at K & C Media! As filmmakers in training, we lean more towards scripted content. With "Saving Skateland," we decided to take a swing at reality tv and document the process of keeping a Pine Bluff business open! Pine Bluff struggles to attract businesses and keep them open, things that ultimately contribute to the struggling economy of the city. So this will be a very challenging journey to try and change the trajectory of another business on the brink. We think it's possible, but only time will tell... worst case scenario if we never reach the goal of the series, hopefully our failure will atleast be entertaining 😅 If you have a second, check out episode 1 and let us know what you think! https://lnkd.in/gYCv4Npw

Life is full of 'what if' questions. And if you have been a fan of the MCU, but wants to see a really fresh take on the stories and characters, with a pretty solid writing - WHAT IF on disney+ is a must watch. My favorite episodes: EP1, EP7, and EP8 Even though there is an attempt to tie all the individual stories into a finale, the episodes works as standalone stories as well and you can totally skip to my recommendation. #Disney #Whatif #Marvel #Mcu #disney+ #recommendation

Tires are having a moment. They're at the top of my feed in #Netflix! Woulda thunk that a reality show named #Tires would be #Netflix's algorithmically-recommended TV Show I binge this weekend? Well, I guess I just answered my own question. Obviously Netflix knows I spent a lot of my career in that industry. It used to be that #Netflix knowing this about me was creepy. No more. Now, it's considered very helpful. But still, this just proves that if you get a interesting enough group of people together, Film them, and then stream it on Netflix, It does not matter what the subject material actually is. Wrexham AFC and Selling Sunset are prime examples. This is just a slightly less glamorous industry. The people sell the show. The story sells the show. There's a #SocialMediaMarketing take-away from this. People are always interesting. Blend your product into the background with them authentically, and you can make connections with people that will move products and drive new ideas. Great stuff. I plan on watching! Do you? #SocialMediaMarketing 😊
