In honor of #NationalLibraryLoversMonth, I want to encourage current and aspiring leaders to dive into some impactful business books. One title that immediately comes to mind is “You've Been Chosen: Thriving Through the Unexpected” by Cynt Marshall. This book is filled with invaluable wisdom and lessons, some of which I had the honor of discussing with Cynt personally at #SHRMInclusion in 2022. Some other authors are General Colin Powell, Donna Brazile, Yolanda Caraway, and 50 Cent.
