"It's time to give back—looking ahead with a vision to become a highly valued asset in the industry, capable of supporting the community at a broader level. 🌱 The past few years have been an incredible journey with financial advisors and paraplanners alike. As I’ve walked this path, I’ve encountered not only achievements but also setbacks, life lessons, and the immense value of having the right people by my side at the right time. Every experience—successes, mistakes, betrayals, and improvements—has shaped me into the professional I am today. Here are a few insights that resonate deeply with me: Trust Wisely, But Be Open: Choosing who to trust is vital, but learning to see perspectives through others’ eyes has allowed me to understand situations more fully. Humility in Every Step: Staying humble and grounded has opened doors that once seemed beyond reach, bringing genuine connections into my life. Value of Kindness: Through every project, challenge, and conversation, kindness has been the one constant that makes a difference, both personally and professionally. This journey isn’t just about reaching goals; it’s about the people we meet, the challenges we overcome, and the values we carry forward. Grateful for everyone who’s been a part of it. 🙏 Stay tuned—there's a special initiative coming up in November that’s close to my heart."

“Karuna” is a Sanskrit word meaning “compassion” or “empathetic compassion.” It is a core concept representing the deep empathy and kindness one feels toward the suffering of others, accompanied by a sincere wish to alleviate that suffering. Karuna goes beyond sympathy—it is an active, heartfelt compassion that motivates one to take compassionate ACTIONS. I have some BIG ideas brewing for a “Coalition of Kindness”. A “Coalition for Kindness” will be a small group of individuals united by a shared commitment to fostering compassion, empathy, and positive actions within their community. This coalition comes together to support each other in practicing kindness, encourage acts of generosity, and create a ripple effect of goodwill. It’s a collaborative effort, where each person contributes to the collective mission of spreading kindness, whether through small, intentional acts, community service, or simply by inspiring others to treat people and the environment with respect and care. Buckle up kids, Karuna and compassion is action is coming for you.

You can’t be normal and expect abnormal results. In both business and giving back, Extraordinary change doesn’t happen by playing it safe or following the crowd. At The Give Back Community, We've learned that true impact comes from stepping outside of our comfort zones — → Whether it’s offering a helping hand, → Providing resources, or → Simply showing kindness. If we want to create real change, We need to go beyond the ordinary and embrace generosity, kindness, and action. It’s these small, selfless acts that lead to big, lasting results. Let’s keep pushing boundaries and making a difference, one kind act at a time. —---------- PS. Follow Umberto Rosi for more stories on generosity, and kindness.

Beginning a new chapter is never easy. It’s filled with questions, self-doubt, and hope. In my latest blog post, I share the deeply personal story of how I turned fear into a dream and found strength in the support of my community. This isn’t just about launching a project—it’s about healing, rediscovering myself, and connecting to a greater purpose. I invite you to read and reflect:

Celebrating Independence Day by becoming instruments of learning is a great way to honor the spirit of freedom and empowerment. 1. Share knowledge: Teach someone a new skill or share your expertise with others. 2. Learn something new: Acquire a new skill or hobby to celebrate the joy of learning. 3. Mentor someone: Guide and support someone who needs guidance or mentorship. 4. Read and share: Read books or articles on topics like freedom, empowerment, and social change, and share your insights with others. 5. Engage in discussions: Participate in conversations about social issues, freedom, and empowerment to raise awareness and inspire change. 6. Support education: Donate to or volunteer with organizations that work towards providing education to underprivileged communities. 7. Empower others: Help someone in need, offer support, and be an ally to those who are marginalized or oppressed. By becoming instruments of learning, we can celebrate Independence Day in a meaningful way and work towards creating a more empowered and equitable society. Dr. Chirag Rathod

Can we achieve something together, work towards something bigger? Here are my thoughts. What are yours? (1 min read) We live in a world that moves at an exhausting pace - we’re constantly being marketed to, asked to pay for this, pulled in every direction - and it’s overwhelming. It’s SO hard to press the pause button or find moments of introspection. Although not the perfect cure, I’ve found that spending time abroad allows me the space to reflect, re-evaluate, almost stand outside of myself, and work towards something bigger than me. (David Santulli helped mold this idea with his incredible work at United Planet) I don’t succeed every time, that's for sure. But I keep coming back to this desire to leave this world in a better place - to live in a way my children will be proud of (and hopefully say some nice things lol). With the Giving Tuesday kicking off, you will surely be asked to give up some of your hard earned cash in support of some very deserving organizations. Which I hope you do! Thinking about the day, I looked up its origin. In essence, Giving Tuesday was started to encourage people to do good. But, perhaps, more importantly, to promote the concept of "generosity not as a benevolence that the haves show to the have-nots but rather an expression of mutuality, solidarity, and reciprocity.” I love this concept - a united effort towards our collective good. Ubuntu, as they say in South Africa. Whether it’s today, or any other day, let’s continue to think about how we can be stewards, and not just investors. How our collective contributions (not always money, although important) can make a huge impact. How we can work towards building a better world than we found it. My motivation on this day will be to support two wonderful organizations that are near and dear to my heart, which are just getting off the ground, but have set big goals for the impact that they hope to achieve - Rich Arts Collective (www.richartscollective.org) and the Legacy of Excellence Foundation (www.legacyrw.org). If you’re curious to learn more, please send me a DM or follow along on their websites and social media pages! Given the power we all carry, I encourage us to make the most of these moments to do good.
