Veit, Lukasz Pajak and more... some food for thought: Everybody relax 😮💨 — AI isn’t here to take your job. Its real purpose is to supercharge your skillset Focus on creating a culture where people embrace change rather than fear it. Change doesn’t automatically mean layoffs (the dinosaurs called and want their management style back). When you're open to adopting new tools, you're more likely to stay ahead. Less time spent executing tedious tasks is the first step to creating more value with YOUR time. “To a man with a hammer, everything looks like a nail”… brace yourself from over engineering stuff ‼️ It’s easy to get excited about new technologies, but sometimes simplicity is the key to success. Keep it simple stupid xoxo. Think! We need to do better to get better ❤️🩹 This one hit home for us at TempTIC. Postman is and was my greatest help as a tool in many ways! Glad to have been using it as a great tool to speed up some processes during the testing like setting up some pre defined settings on my environment. It has also helped to: 1) Better understand how my APIs in my ap work by giving me the nice JSON format of viewing the response 2) Also, it helped me a lot while troubleshooting some issues with developers 3) It helped me a lot in better understanding of APIs in general and the whole concept of API calls and API methods 4) It helped me better understand which stuff a QA Engineer can automate and how to daily run couple of requests to check if there is any issue with our endpoints 5) It saved me from running cURL commands when there is a lot of data to send, and in cURL command there can be easily hidden. I can write endless good words about Postman as tool, but the fact is that Postman saved my life , and most importantly my time due to speeding up some setup processes Happy birthday Postman 🥳🎁🎂

One year ago, I was heading into my final semester of college with lots of unanswered questions. My cofounder and I had:
❌ No product.
❌ No technical cofounder.
❌ Very little funding. Fast forward to today—January 1st, 2025—and here’s where we stand:
1️⃣ Our first working product is live with a mainnet release coming soon (waitlist link in my bio).
2️⃣ We found a CTO and cofounder who shares our vision for bringing zero-liability fraud protection to web3.
3️⃣ We secured (and are continuing to secure) VC funding to help bring our vision to life. I’m sharing this not to sound impressive, but to encourage anyone who’s been hesitating to take the leap. When we started, I wasn’t “special.” I didn’t have all the answers or a foolproof plan. What I did have however, was a commitment: we were going to make this happen—no matter what. That mindset is everything. Yes, it will be harder than you expect. Yes, it will take longer than you think. But if you love what you’re doing, it’s worth every moment. Here’s to making 2025 the year you bet on yourself. Take the chance. Start that thing. You might be surprised where you end up. Happy New Year! 🎉🚀

I've worked Hybrid or remote for almost 10 years and I love it, but there is nothing like getting on-site with my customers. I had the pleasure of hanging out with the Litmos PreSales team yesterday in downtown Orlando and watched them knock out some amazing Consensus Demos. I saw firsthand what a "Demo Day" looks like, and they reminded me of some really important things when it comes to recording demos: 1. JUST START: As much as I am on Zoom all day, recording a video hits differently, and if you let it, your apprehension will prevent you from hitting the record. Takeaway: Set a hard deadline of just 1 video within the first week and hold them to it. 2. BE AUTHENTIC: While we have some guidelines we've consolidated from some of our World-class Consensus Users, you have to do what is right for your product and sales process. Don't be so focused on a script that you forget that you do this all day, every day without one. Takeaway: Hit record and just do a recorded run-through first. It might be gold, or you might have some notes from yourself on how to improve it, but usually, that first take is one of the best ones you'll get. 3. DON'T OVERTHINK IT: Don't let perfection be the enemy of progress; you'll be amazed at what you can easily cut out in post-production edits. So what if you said "um" or my filler word of choice, "so?" Takeaway: You can blur, cut, and crop out pop-ups or voice-over areas where you fumbled, but don't stop recording and just start the section over. Final tip: Use pauses strategically when recording demos; it's much easier to make edits if you just take a breath, don't move in your camera recording, and keep your screen still. This will let you easily cut out the before and after if you build these in.
