Hi guys, This is also on our way to Manchester. The day before our inside day, us having dinner and then here's us having breakfast the next morning. Here's Tom giving us a brief introduction over the inside day and James talking on behalf of murder about the opportunities in real estate. Here the students are given a task to do an ice breaker. Here is Nikki Moore who's giving us a tour of Norma and giving us a brief history. She's giving us a site visit as well, which the students. Then talk about in their presentation about which land they would prefer to use for development. The group presentation is done in front of a panel who decide the winning group. The ambassadors came up to answer any questions that the students might have about their experiences. Then the panel gave their feedback and awarded the winning group. And This Is Us on our way back to Redding.

It was a long day but really enjoyable - a great bunch of students. Hopefully some of the passion the Moda and NOMA staff spoke with will inspire this next generation
