DeQuervain's Tenosynovitis New patient seen today for evaluation of 2-year history of chronic right radial styloid pain. Exam and US are consistent with DeQuervain's. US imaging shows significantly enlarged APL and EPB tendons in the affected right side, especially when compared to the uninvolved left side. NOTE: The APL exists in multiple bundles in 80% of normal people! So be careful about making a diagnosis based solely on US imaging.
