Many want to kick off CRO by testing their home page. It's a mistake. It's a bias called "The frequency illusion". Just because you see it all the time, doesn't mean that it's the most important page. The most important page, where (most times), 100% of revenue goes through, is... The checkout! Here's an example the blew my mind recently, as this test took 5 minutes to set up (including app installation) Pls note, that these results are irregular - 99% of tests don't result in over a 10% of increase in CR/AOV/Profit Visually makes it very simple to test the checkout (yes, we're integrated to checkout extensibility). I recently faced a decision between two supermarket apps: one offered cheaper prices, while the other had a unique product that caught my attention. Even though the second app was more expensive, I chose it to shop my long shopping list, simply because of that exclusive product. This small, unique item not only drove me to choose their app but also increased their profit margin from my purchase, despite the overall higher prices.
