Recently inducted IP Hall of Famer Nokia Technologies President Jenni Lukander in conversation with Warren Lipschitz of McKool Smith at #IPBCGlobal. The net effect of the EU's proposed SEP licensing regulation, she says, is that global FRAND disputes are likely to be decided out of Europe. In other words, a decline in the EU's soft power. It seems foolish to legislate to actively reduce your influence, but that's where we are!
