Monday morning thought 🤔 💭 Every Monday I check what companies are advertising Performance Marketing talent across Germany. Quite regularly, I see the same companies advertising the same role, sometimes for months and months. Some of these companies I have spoken with and offered my services and support. They of course refuse any help insisting that "we can do it on our own thanks". Yet that same role continues to be advertised.
