Visualise the day: -Mental preparation is the key to achieving goals without burning out. -Mentally rehearse what needs to be done and how you want to feel in detail. -Performance and productivity would go high! 3. Use the "two minute rule": -If an action takes less than two minutes to complete, do it immediately. -Prevents procrastination and saves mental energy. -Send the email, make that call, respond to the slack or teams.
