Embracing Togetherness at Elos Medtech. At Elos Medtech, togetherness is at the heart of what sets us apart. Last year, Site Leader Jimmy Johansson took it into his own hands to introduce a ping pong table to our site in Skara, Sweden. The aim was to encourage more meaningful connections during breaks - instead of "everyone sitting with their phones". It quickly became popular, and some of the team members organized a table tennis tournament at the local hall. The enthusiasm was contagious! It really helped us recognize the bond we share as colleagues—not just as co-workers, but as a team that supports and uplifts one another. What started as a simple way to unplug from our screens has now become a source of joy, laughter, and a bit of healthy competition. As we gear up for the annual 'Santa Claus Cup,' we’re excited to see the same spirit of togetherness shine through once again. A wise person on our team often says, "Everything is about People, Process, and Tools." And we firmly believe that it starts and ends with our PEOPLE. 𝗕𝟮𝗥𝗨𝗡-𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗲𝗿𝗲: 𝗧𝗼𝗴𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗱𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 - 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲'𝘀 𝗻𝗼 𝗯𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝘄𝗮𝘆 𝘁𝗼 𝗿𝘂𝗻! On July 4th, we participated in the #B2Run business run in Freiburg for the first time. Well, what can we say? 𝗜𝘁 𝘄𝗮𝘀 𝗮𝗻 𝘂𝗻𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗴𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗱𝗮𝘆! 11,500 runners from 533 companies sent out a strong signal together. 💙 Following the slogan #GemeinsamAktiv (»active together«), we started at the »Europa-Park Stadium« and completed the 5.2-kilometer track with perfect weather conditions. It was clear to us from the very beginning: 𝘄𝗲 𝘄𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗿𝘂𝗻 𝘁𝗼𝗴𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿. Some of our first-time participants were a little nervous and unsure before the start whether they could manage the distance, but as a team we all successfully completed it. 💪 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘀𝗵 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗼𝗰𝗰𝗲𝗿 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗱𝗶𝘂𝗺 𝘄𝗮𝘀 𝗱𝗲𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗹𝘆 𝗮𝗻 𝗮𝗯𝘀𝗼𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗲 𝗵𝗶𝗴𝗵𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁. Whereas normally you are seated up in the stands at SC Freiburg matches, this time our team was allowed to run through the stadium itself - a very special experience. We have no idea why the stadium wasn't filled to the last seat like at a soccer match 😉, but the cheers were still amazing. Our team member Nadine sums it up perfectly: »The atmosphere was great, the course was ideal for running and the activities before and after were simply fantastic.« Big compliments to Infront B2Run GmbH and DAK-Gesundheit for this unique event and the great organization.
