Cats and dogs can safely donate blood, but did you know there are limits to how often they can help? To ensure their health, dogs can donate up to 4 times a year and cats up to 3 times, with a minimum three-month gap between donations. Each donation appointment includes a clinical examination, and once a year, a comprehensive blood test is performed to keep your pet in top condition. 💜Did you know October is Domestic Violence Awareness Month?💜 It affects millions every year, and supporting survivors is crucial. I have known Kelly since high school. Kelly’s organization, Kelly’s K9s, provides a unique approach to helping domestic violence survivors heal through animal therapy and canine companions. As a family, helping survivors is something that is very important to us.
