I never post on LinkedIn and hardly post anything online at all, except for some of my adventures outdoors. But today, I wanted to change that and share what I've really been pouring my time into. A year ago, my time at CPP Investments came to an end as I was part of some unexpected layoffs. Forever grateful for my time building and maintaining systems which managed risk and helped automate back-office processes, I continued to sharpen those skills and never stopped building. After working on a few ideas and making some MVPs, I couldn't stop thinking about one, BeanBonus. BeanBonus addresses a core problem with brick-and-mortar SMBs, specifically cafes. Everyone's favorite cafe gets by day to day without access to modern tools which their large franchise competitors build out internally.
