I am writing to formally escalate an issue I am experiencing with a recent transaction on your platform. On 8th December 2024, I attempted to pay my overdue EMI for Bajaj Finance Services through Paytm, amounting to ₹1619. Here is a summary of the issue: • First Attempt: The payment failed, but the amount was immediately refunded to my account. • Second Attempt: The amount of ₹1619 was debited from my account (Transaction ID: 25236589932, Order ID: 24470881908), but the payment status still shows as failed, and no refund has been provided to date. I have made multiple attempts to resolve this issue by contacting your support team, but the matter remains unresolved. Additionally, I reached out to my bank’s customer care team, who confirmed they have no information regarding the transaction and advised me to contact Paytm directly. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of proper customer support to address such issues. As a result, I have decided never to use Paytm services again. 2dI am writing this post to escalate an ongoing issue with Paytm that has remained unresolved despite repeated attempts to seek assistance. My flight, scheduled for Friday, 13th December, requires rescheduling, and we have been trying to get in touch with Paytm's customer support for over a week now. However, all our efforts have been met with nothing but automated responses, promising a callback that has yet to materialize. We have tried reaching a live representative multiple times through the helpline, but once again, there has been no response. This level of service is not only disappointing but completely unacceptable, especially when we are dealing with time-sensitive travel arrangements. This will be the last time I use Paytm for any bookings, and I will be sure to share this "wonderful" experience with my network, urging everyone to reconsider using Paytm for flight or hotel bookings. I am making this appeal publicly, as this issue has already gone on far too long, and urgent action is required. Paytm, I expect a resolution immediately.
