⁉ Did you know that according the statistic by World Bank only 6% of women in the Czech Republic are actually using flexible or part-time? 🎤 Nevena Crljenko and Andrea Gontkovicova (Philip Morris International) spoke at the Equal Pay Day 2024 conference about, among other things, how to encourage women in the corporate world to be part of the change, to take advantage of flexible or part time in their work. ➡ First people have to be aware what the choices are and in many cases not everybody understands what are their options. ➡ They need to be supported not only by their own choice but by the wider community, because it's sometimes not easy to go against cultures tradition, their family attitudes and similar kind of things. What is Nevena's recommendation? 💫 Jump on it, make an authentic choice and go for it. It's not going to be easy, like rarely very few things which are good in life come easy, we have to work for them. But it is worth it. 💡 The conclusion? "Be the pilot of your life. But remember, pilots need copilots. Because nobody succeed alone. So go for it, even fake it till you make it.
