Clients need us to assist them in the buying process, not to be sold anything. Tell your story. Connect. Develop a relationship where your client is unwilling to imagine a world without you in it.

Although I said that business is about providing solutions that address the customer’s problems, I’d like to rephrase it. It’s true that business, or sales, is about offering solutions to customers. But in a broader sense, it’s about providing customers with their ideal future. One of the sales techniques I always try to use is helping customers envision their future with our product or services. For example, if a customer is on the fence about getting a gym membership, I might say: “If you come to the gym regularly, you’ll feel more confident because exercise relieves stress and boosts self-esteem. Once you’ve gained confidence, you’ll enjoy meeting new people, and your life will become more vibrant.” If a customer wants to learn English, I might say: “I couldn’t speak English at all until five years ago, but now almost all my friends are Canadians and Americans. By learning English with me, you’ll reach a level where you no longer feel stressed while traveling due to language barriers. Once you’ve reached that level, making friends overseas will become much easier.” Helping customers picture their ideal future through the use of a product or service is an essential key to sales.
No matter what product or service you offer, the essence of business remains the same—providing solutions that address the customer’s problems. To offer these solutions, a deep understanding of people is essential. #Sales #Marketing

People won't buy your service Because they don't need it! You've a great service But, no market authority no marketing team no useful network You can still sell! If your service fits your market. But, how will you know that? Just follow these 3 steps: 1. Recreate your ICP: - Understand your buyer's psychology - Know his pain points & goals - Find his objections Now, according to your ICP 2. Redefine your value proposition: - Your ICP's goals - His current process - Limitations in that process - Offer services that overcome the limitations 3. And optimize your services: - Address his objections. - Overcome his limitations. - Craft an irresistible offer. - Target your ICP's pain points. - Reflect his goals in your messaging. All I see here is #marketing, #sales, and how it all makes your business better! STOP! Take a step back. Make sure that your company is respected, treats employees and customers as your NUMBER ONE priority, listen to the feedback from your customers, and respect the fact that without customers you are NOTHING! So change your tactics. People, customers, team members, employees, are NOT dollar signs! Every bit is important if you want to succeed, be respected and your brand cherished!
