🎄 𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝗦𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗮 𝗚𝗲𝘁𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗘𝗹𝘃𝗲𝘀 𝗘𝘅𝗰𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗣𝗟𝗠! 🎅
Hello LinkedIn community! 👋
As a proud #CAPassador at Capgemini Engineering, I’m excited to share 𝗗𝗮𝘆 𝟭𝟲 of our #𝗖𝗔𝗣𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗣𝗟𝗠🕯️🕯️🕯️🕯️ journey! Today, we’re diving into one of the biggest challenges in adopting new tools: team adoption. How does Santa get his elves excited about Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)?
𝗛𝗼, 𝗵𝗼, 𝗵𝗼! 🎅 Change can be tricky, even at the North Pole. When Santa introduced PLM to the workshop, he knew he had to get his team onboard. Here’s how he turned skeptics into PLM champions 💌
🎁 𝟭. 𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗕𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗳𝗶𝘁𝘀
Santa gathered the elves for a workshop, showing how PLM would simplify their work—less time chasing paperwork, more time crafting toys! Once they saw the efficiency gains, the elves were all ears.
🎁 𝟮. 𝗛𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘀-𝗢𝗻 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴
Santa made sure every elf had hands-on training with the PLM system. Step-by-step guidance, practice sessions, and festive quizzes helped build their confidence.
🎁 𝟯. 𝗠𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗜𝘁 𝗙𝘂𝗻!
To keep things festive, Santa added holiday flair to the training sessions—cookies, hot cocoa, and even a contest to name the new PLM system. (𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗿? “𝗦𝗻𝗼𝘄-𝗳𝘁𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗲!” ❄️)
🎁 𝟰. 𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗶𝗻𝘁 𝗣𝗟𝗠 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗺𝗽𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀
Santa chose a few tech-savvy elves to become PLM champions. They helped their peers with questions and kept the team motivated during the transition.
🎁 𝟱. 𝗖𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗯𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗪𝗶𝗻𝘀
Every time the elves hit a milestone—like faster toy production or fewer errors—Santa threw a mini celebration. Recognizing their hard work kept morale high!
🎄 𝗦𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗮’𝘀 𝗔𝗱𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁:
“People resist what they don’t understand. Show your team how the tool helps them, give them time to learn, and don’t forget to celebrate success. A happy workshop is an efficient workshop!”
