The Spark of Passion: How It All Began
My passion for dental hygiene began during my time as a dental assistant.
Working closely with patients and observing the profound impact of oral care, I realized that I wanted to do more than assist — I wanted to become a professional in the field.
The daily interactions and the ability to make a tangible difference in patients' lives inspired me to pursue a deeper understanding and specialization in dental hygiene.
This shift from assisting to becoming a dental hygienist marked a pivotal moment in my career.
It was the first step towards a lifelong commitment to improving oral health for all, particularly for individuals with unique needs.

Advice for fresh dental graduates looking for jobs- Part 2
Importance of location- Location is extremely important factor when looking for jobs. Few things to consider:
1. What is my priority at this point?
2. For how long am I planning to be in this location/dental clinic?
3. Is there a plan B?If this clinic does not work out, what other dental clinics are in proximity?
4. And the most important- What kind of dentistry I want to practice? If you are a versatile dentist with lots of skills in your pocket, then you would not want to practice in an area where there are less patients or the insurance coverage is not good.
I have made a video on reviewing contracts and hope that will give you all an idea on what to look in contracts.
