Dallas County tax valuations are final (pre-litigation) and on average we’re seeing increases of 5%. I think post litigation there’s a very real possibility that taxes are flat for 2024. Operators need it, this is a stark contrast to industrial which increased in Dallas at a historical rate #propertytax
