Some Baltimore Metro housing market numbers for you. We’re looking at year-over-year as of February 2024. Two big takeaways: 1) Even though volume has been down pretty consistently for quite a while, listing inventory is starting to increase. That should help buyers. 2) Median sold price increased 9.4% year-over-year in February. That helps sellers, who are still in the driver’s seat with only 1.39 months of supply. Why we door knock Real estate is all about how well you know your local market! And I mean down to the specific neighborhoods in each market. Door knocking may be slow, inefficient, outdated but the results come in the inefficiencies. Being boots on the ground we get a first hand view of the the neighborhood homes up close and personal.
