Education is one of the most valuable gifts a child can receive, helping them grow, learn about the world, and develop essential skills for the future. Here are key reasons why education is important: 1. Building Knowledge and Skills. Education teaches children to read, write, and solve problems, which are vital for both school and daily life. 2. Opening Opportunities School provides knowledge that can lead to exciting career choices and the ability to contribute to their communities. 3.Learning Social Skills School helps children make friends, work in teams, and practice kindness and respect, which are crucial for healthy relationships. 4. Encouraging Creativity Education fosters creativity through art, music, and storytelling, allowing children to express themselves and think innovatively. 5. Building Confidence: Learning new things and achieving goals boosts children's confidence and encourages them to try new endeavors. Education is the key to a brighter future. By supporting children in their learning, we help them build a foundation for success and happiness. Let's ensure every child has the opportunity to learn and grow! Gully Kids Pathshala

The appropriate age for a child to select a career goal can vary depending on the individual child's development and interests. - Elementary school (ages 6-10): At this age, children are just beginning to explore their interests and talents. Encourage them to try various activities and hobbies to discover what they enjoy. - Pre-teen years (ages 11-13): Children start to develop their skills and interests, and may begin to show inclinations towards certain careers. - Early teenage years (ages 14-16): Teenagers often start to explore career options and may choose elective courses or extracurricular activities that align with their interests. - Late teenage years (ages 17-19): At this stage, teens may start to solidify their career goals and explore post-secondary education or training options. Remember, every child develops at their own pace, and some may need more time to explore their options. Encourage your child to try new things, ask questions, and seek guidance from teachers, counselors, or mentors.

Career and financial Education should start in primary schools. Throughout my primary, I knew nothing about career paths. Everytime I was asked what I wanted to be when i was a child, truthfully i kept changing the answers from Lawyer, to doctor, to journalists, and sometimes to Fashion designer. I was raised in family with not so many educated people and it was hard for me to choose a career path because the adults around me didn't motivate me much. Growing up I knew exactly how important education is. But one thing my father always said was "you need to learn beyond school" often in holidays, he would take me and my siblings to work with him in his bakery, which later closed. However, learning how to make things, how to fix things and/or how to repurpose and modify things thought my mind how to think in different ways, regardless of age. Often you find kids who show talents that are not easily evident on pencil/paper tasks. Right from a young age you'll notice a child's interest from the things they enjoy playing with, to where they always ask you to take them for fun. vocational or career technical education isn’t just for some kids, it’s for all kids. The point is that, the practical education is essential to help kids use their academic knowledge in real life situation before choosing a career path they want to pursue. At Kidspreneurs Uganda we believe that, it is never too early to start. we have tailored a practical education for kids and teens to easily find their interests and learn beyond the classroom. We prepare kids not only for the future, but for NOW! Register your child here https://lnkd.in/dWuDAuGB

🌱 Nurturing Young Minds at Home 🏡 As an education recruiter with two decades under my belt, I've seen the profound impact of early years education. But did you know that the home environment is just as pivotal for our little learners? Here are a few strategies to support early education without stepping out the front door: 📘 Create a Learning-Friendly Space Designate a corner of your home for exploration and learning. A small table, comfortable seating, and accessible educational materials can make all the difference. It doesn't need to be fancy, just inviting! 🎨 Embrace Playful Learning Children learn best through play. Stock up on puzzles, building blocks, and art supplies. These tools not only spark creativity but also enhance fine motor skills and problem-solving abilities. 📖 Read Every Day Dive into the world of books with your child. Reading together for just 20 minutes a day can significantly boost language acquisition and set the foundation for literacy. 💬 Engage in Conversation Chat about the world around you. Whether it's discussing the weather or sharing stories, every conversation is an opportunity to develop your child's vocabulary and understanding. 🍎 Healthy Routines Incorporate learning into daily routines. Cooking can teach measurements, gardening introduces biology, and even sorting laundry can be a lesson in colours and organisation. Also, there's nothing wrong with watching a bit of 'Hey Duggee' (if you know, you know!) #EarlyYearsEducation #HomeLearning #EducationalPlay #Clearlyeducation

Education still does matter Employment “Possessing a tertiary education, especially a degree, enhances one’s likelihood of securing employment. Degreed people have low levels of unemployment. Yes, a degree is not an answer to everything nor a ticket to wealth, but it surely is a better legal and ethical way to economically future-proof your life " Unicorns Over 90% of founders have a degree. Over 60% have a Masters degree and 30%+ have a PhD. The drop outs had a solid foundation with both parents present, 2 to 3 garage doors and great early childhood education, mostly learning to code young and owning a smart device at a young age. If you grew up poor, and arw from an economically under represented and disadvantaged group better you stay at school even if education is not an answer to all problems.
