Grievance Management System, basically 3 things are important here- 1. Legislation to protect human rights at work (work of the state) 2. Respect and compliance with human rights by the organization. 3. In case of violation of human rights, there should be a mechanism to seek redress in the institutions and bodies. What are the international guidelines on how our grievance management should be, how can it be implemented? How to audit this management? How to report the output of the audit? With these things we have developed an auditor course. Sustainable Management System Inc. #human_right_due_diligence #grievance_auditor_course #HRDD
