Great point Justin Welsh. For those that lack confidence the solution is taking baby steps in that direction. I coach folks that may have a severe lack of confidence in certain areas like marketing. The key is to take small steps toward your goal. ex. like creating your first post no matter how bad you think it is. Then get consistent posting more.
