AI is changing how HR operates in many exciting ways. It was great to learn about the current changes and future possibilities from HR professionals. I’m pleased to have led a session on the impact of AI in HR, especially focusing on predictive analytics. Here are key takeaways: ➡ AI will provide data-driven insights, helping HR professionals make quicker and better decisions. ➡ Manufacturing can expect a 20% boost in efficiency thanks to AI. ➡ As technology handles more transactional tasks, employee well-being will become a major focus for HR. ➡ We must ask ourselves, "AI, may I?" whenever we implement AI technologies. While AI can manage rules, human judgment will still be required for exceptions. Kudos to the American Management Association and the team(Anand, Nidhi, and Jalaja) for organizing such a great event.
