AI is changing how HR operates in many exciting ways. It was great to learn about the current changes and future possibilities from HR professionals. I’m pleased to have led a session on the impact of AI in HR, especially focusing on predictive analytics. Here are key takeaways: ➡ AI will provide data-driven insights, helping HR professionals make quicker and better decisions. ➡ Manufacturing can expect a 20% boost in efficiency thanks to AI. ➡ As technology handles more transactional tasks, employee well-being will become a major focus for HR. ➡ We must ask ourselves, "AI, may I?" whenever we implement AI technologies.
