The PGP-HRM, IIM Indore (batch of 2024-26) had an enriching opportunity to dive into a nuanced interaction about the world of Human Resource Consulting with Mr. Anil Thankachan and Mr. Mainak Maheshwari from PeopleAsset. Mr. Anil Thankachan, co-founder at PeopleAsset, brings with him 20+ years of experience, specialising in strategic people development and executive talent hunt. Mr. Mainak Maheshwari, an alumnus of IIM Calcutta, has helped transform several renowned organisations with his expertise and currently holds the position of Director of Talent Advisory at People Asset. They brought in deep industry knowledge and practical examples, endorsing understanding human behaviour, curiosity and proactiveness to solve novel problems as crucial attributes for success.
