I'm in Jinx myself. I'm so it's like all the ways of being that we were rewarded for and promoted for in the past are what people are being criticized for and called into HR for today. And so I think that that's what I'm seeing personally is that a lot of people are even into their late 40s, fifties, early 60s, developing a different level of self-awareness and saying I still really care about people I care about. What I'm doing, I want my team to be happy. I want them to be engaged. And I know that means that I'm gonna have to change because I'm the leader at the top. I have that authority. I am accountable for this team's success, and I know it starts with me.

That generational shift is real. I'm on the cusp of Gen X and millennial (I guess a xennial?) and one of the challenges is that we have to lead in a way that we did not necessarily experience. Great points!
