📌 The European Institute for Gender Equality's report highlights that closing the gender gap in STEM education could reduce the skills gap, enhance women's employment and productivity, and lessen occupational segregation. 📚 The “R&I PEERS- Pilot experiences for improving gender equality in research organisations” project, developed by the University of Salerno in Italy, has identified and studied successful efforts to remove unconscious barriers to female participation in scientific research in the Mediterranean.
