It's #GivingTuesday today, a global day of giving. Doing something charitable helps those around us, but it's also beneficial for our own wellbeing. Doing good for others doesn't always need to cost money, either. Every year during the Season of Giving, I choose an organization to support with a donation. This year, with so many charities and community groups facing challenges, I found it difficult to pick just one. Then I realized—we could make a bigger impact together! From now until the end of April, I will donate 5% of my commission to the charity of your choice when you buy or sell a property through me. Let us extend the spirit of giving beyond the holiday season and make a difference in our communities together! Conducted with over 200 charities, volunteer groups, and social enterprises, the survey highlights the pressing issue of space acquisition in the non-profit sector. However, there's hope.
