✨ 🍀 Lucky 7! ✨
Time flies, and last week, I marked my 7th year at Kistler Group. Looking at my friends, one could say that staying at the same company for seven years might be a little too long. But hey – I realized that you can find motivation and curiosity to explore new topics everywhere and at all times.
🦄 In these seven years, I belonged to different teams, reported to different managers (shortly even directly to the CEO!) and got to know #Kistler from many different perspectives. Thanks to this, my Kistler-network became bigger and I am still amazed how many experts, talents and inspiring colleagues there are around me. Colleagues driven by their passion to tackle complex issues, or seeking answers and solutions to make our daily business life easier, and for me the biggest heroes – the ones concurring excel reports with ease every day! You all rock! 🙌
🎢 Our job can often feel like a rollercoaster. However, the nice thing is that it is up to us to choose the right booster for our ride. And for myself, it's been working with people that inspire me and make me want to learn from them as much as possible. As unicorns are hard to find: Here’s to my teammates and colleagues, for being a true inspiration, making Kistler a fun place to work and making me want to join you on this ride everyday 💙
