It's #FieldFriday! The Sewell Project in Hillsboro, OR, has reached a major milestone! This week, the team successfully began tilting this two-phase project. Once finished, this state-of-the-art industrial space will include 398,000 square feet of space with a clear height of 36 feet, 81 loading docks, and eight drive-up doors. This project also aligns with our commitment to sustainability, with plans to pursue LEED certification. A big thank you to our field crews for their precision and teamwork on this milestone.
