Good News: Developments on the UKCA Conformity Mark The rules and arrangements for the use of the #UKCA mark have been the subject of significant controversy for a significant period. Several interim proposals have been made to overcome some of the difficulties, but the fundamental problems remained. Last week the UK Government issued the final arrangements for the UKCA mark on equipment falling under certain regulations. This has significantly moved the situation forward. It's only a few hours since my last post, and already AiNET has NEW fake ISO certificates up on IAF CertSearch. This means we have two stories unfolding: (1) the inability of AiNET to simply get valid ISO certificates for their Maryland company without running to scammers in Egypt and India, and (2) the fact that IAF CertSearch is absolutely lousy with fake certificates. Remember, IAF insists these certs are "valid." Very troubling. Hey, #CMMC folks: this is your future, so pay attention.
