Yesterday it was #WorldMentalHealthDay! In recognition of World Mental Health Day, Perspicuity is clocking off at 4pm today, and all colleagues will be able to utilise time to focus on personal wellness and self-care. ✨ We're encouraging our team to get outside, practice exercise, take some downtime with their favourite book or podcast, get some head space, or spend time with loved ones. A piece of their day completely dedicated to focusing on themselves! We'd love to hear what everyone got up to in recognition of World Mental Health Day!

Calling all men who’ve experienced challenges with their mental health – we need you! GoodEnoughChats is looking for guests for record new episodes of the show. The criteria are super-simple: If you have dealt with your own challenges around mental health, and you’re comfortable talking about it to help destigmatise men’s mental health, we'd like to speak to you. The format of the chats is always based around the same five questions, so you will know exactly what’s coming. We’ll talk before recording to make sure you’re comfortable with the approach, then we’ll arrange a recording date for us to talk on Zoom. Everything about the process is based on making it as easy as possible for you to share your story. Why?
