New publication of an innovative method for #singlecell #lipidomic analysis method using the #SS2000! Prof. #MelanieBailey and her group at the #UniversityOfSurrey, UK, have used Yokogawa’s Single Cellome™ System SS2000 to enable single-cell #LCMS analysis from living cells, a technique that had been a challenge to achieve. By combining the highly accurate and gentle cell sampling technique of the SS2000 with liquid chromatography mass spectrometry technology, a revolutionary method for lipidomics analysis from ultra-low volume samples from living cell cultures was established. In this study, lipid profiles were stably read from individual pancreatic cancer cells, and this data was successfully correlated with the live cell imaging data also obtained by Yokogawa’s SS2000. This is a new milestone in lipidomics analysis and an innovative research achievement that overcomes the challenges present with other methods. We invite you to start your own single-cell analysis with the SS2000. Click here for the paper: https://lnkd.in/gHPWVey8 Melanie Bailey Dr. Johanna von Gerichten

🚀 Exciting news for immuno-oncology researchers! 🧬🔬 Yesterday, we highlighted our RMP1-14 antibody versus the competition. Today, we're thrilled to introduce its evolution: a murinized Fc silenced version! 🔥 Why it's a game-changer: Superior tumor growth inhibition Potential for lower dosing Enhanced experimental clarity 🤔 Skeptical? We get it. That's why we're backing it up with data. In recent trials, ICH1182LALAPG showed statistically significant improvements (p < 0.05) in tumor growth inhibition compared to traditional RMP1-14. Ready to supercharge your PD-1 research? 👉 Click the link in our bio to explore how ICH1182LALAPG can elevate your immuno-oncology studies! #ImmunoOncology #CancerResearch #Biotechnology #PD1 #Ichorbio

At REPROCELL USA, we've worked extensively with blood and blood components, including plasma and serum. Both biofluids are crucial in clinical and experimental research, but their differences matter. Plasma is collected with an anticoagulant, while serum is obtained after clotting—leading to variations in their metabolite and molecular contents. Our latest blog explores these differences, highlighting studies on metabolites, miRNAs, and their roles in liquid biopsies for cancer. Curious about which biofluid is best for your research? Read more to make an informed decision! https://hubs.li/Q02TMKtM0 #LifeSciences #Research #Metabolomics
