*** R-Day 🎃 +55 *** A Christmas Day Message for 13m Qualifying Taxpayers 👇 THE PROBLEM: Between 2010 and 2025 around 2.8m SMEs and 27m PAYE Workers were blocked from executing their Statutory Rights to Tax and Retirement planning. Cabinet Ministers from Labour, Conservative and Liberal Democrats were warned of systemic failures and they have all chosen to 'Stay Silent'. Pensionwashing, like Greenwashing, preys on Consumer Apathy. 20th Century Pension Strategies have failed the vast majority of Gen X-ers and they will fail the majority of Gen Y-ers. At the moment, only 10% of Gen Z-ers have been exposed to #Pensionwashing, which in very simple terms, looks something like this: Pension Products with 5 ⭐️ Awards delivered 92% failure. But 'Record Profits' are being made. THE UGLY TRUTH: DC Workplace Pensions are not Fit for Purpose and do not provide good value for 9 in 10 Qualifying Taxpayers. Answer this simple question: After all costs, fees and charges have been deducted, and with no extra investment risk or contributions, would you prefer: A) £50,000 or B) £100,000 The Ugly Truth is that every single DC Workplace Pension Provider will deliver A). I'm yet to meet any Qualifying Taxpayer who would knowingly choose A) over B). THE SOLUTION: I spotted this problem in 2004 and it has taken me 20yrs to force change and expose unethical profiteering from consumer apathy. It has been a long and painful battle exposing something that is wrong. The AE chickens have come home to roost, and just as I predicted, a humongous financial scandal has occurred, which could have easily been avoided. I want to stress this message. If you see something that’s wrong, challenge it. Do it legally, but challenge it. Push back against the petty-minded public sector bureaucrat. We must stand up for ourselves against the inept and overbearing state.
