Gratitude Beyond Work As we approach Thanksgiving, I find myself reflecting on the many circles in life that shape who we are—our families, friends, and work families. Each connection we have enriches us in unique ways, whether it’s the laughter shared around a dinner table, the late-night talks with a close friend, or the camaraderie built during a project with colleagues. Thanksgiving isn’t just a day; it’s a reminder to pause and express gratitude for all the people who make our lives meaningful. At work, it’s easy to focus on goals and deliverables, but behind every success is a team of individuals who support, inspire, and challenge each other to be better. At home, it’s the love, patience, and shared memories that give us strength. This holiday, I encourage us all to take a moment to acknowledge those who uplift us in big and small ways. Write a note to a friend, thank a teammate, or simply spend a little extra time with loved ones. I’m grateful for the journey we’re all on together—inside and outside of work. Wishing everyone a warm and meaningful Thanksgiving surrounded by those who matter most. What are you most thankful for this year? Let’s share and spread the gratitude. #Thanksgiving #Gratitude #FamilyAndFriends #WorkFamily #EnerSys

🍂 Happy Thanksgiving, everyone! 🍂 Thanksgiving is a time to reflect on the power of gratitude—to appreciate what we have, instead of dwelling on what we don't. Rather than comparing ourselves to others, let’s focus on competing with our past selves—striving to improve by just 1% every day in ways that matter most to us. It’s those small, consistent steps that lead to lasting growth. As we enjoy this special day, let's also remember those who are less fortunate. If you can, take a moment to extend a helping hand—it’s often through giving that we truly unlock the deepest sense of gratitude and happiness. Finally, let's be thankful for the family, friends, teachers, colleagues, and communities who have shaped our lives. Reach out to them today—spread love, kindness, and let go of any past negativity. Forgive, forget, and embrace the spirit of connection. Wishing you all a wonderful Thanksgiving filled with joy, love, and appreciation! 🍁🙏 #Thanksgiving #Gratitude #Kindness #Family #Community #PersonalGrowth

As we reflect on gratitude and the things we value most during Thanksgiving, imagine you had to choose between two very different lives. Which would you pick, and why? 1. A life of abundance and independence: You are young, attractive, charismatic, wealthy, and famous, but you’re not married and don’t have kids. You live an open and exciting lifestyle with endless opportunities. 2. A life of love and family: You are young, caring, loyal, and earn a modest but steady income. You are married with beautiful kids, live a private life with no social media, and your focus is on deep, meaningful connections. Thanksgiving reminds us to appreciate what we have—so what would you feel most grateful for in each life? Which life aligns more with your vision of happiness and fulfillment? #HappyThanksgiving

🌟 Happy Thanksgiving! 🌟 Today, as we gather with family and friends to give thanks, let’s take a moment to reflect on the deeper meaning behind this day. Thanksgiving is a time to celebrate abundance and a powerful reminder of the importance of love, harmony, and unity. In a world that often feels divided, we must remember that true innovation is born from compassion, understanding, and human connection. Whether in the workplace or our personal lives, the most impactful ideas and breakthroughs emerge when we work together, support each other, and embrace diverse perspectives. Innovation thrives in environments of trust, respect, and kindness. We create spaces where creativity and collaboration flourish when we foster compassion, friendship, and shared values. It’s through these bonds that we build not just successful businesses, but stronger communities and a better world for all. As we give thanks today, let’s also commit to nurturing unity and brotherhood every day. Let’s remember that progress is not just about the technologies we create, but the relationships we build and the love we share. Wishing you all a peaceful and joyous Thanksgiving! Let’s continue to spread kindness, lift each other up, and work together for a brighter, more compassionate future. 🙏💖🌍 #Thanksgiving #Gratitude #LoveAndUnity #CompassionInAction #Innovation #HumanValues #Brotherhood #Community

Have you recovered from yesterday? Are you back in the office? One more question and context... "Do you journal about your goals, ideas, and experiences? Try adding a few sentences dedicated to gratitude. The ritual can help you begin your day with joy. A gratitude practice helps us stop the busyness and recognize the vital components of our lives. We shouldn’t wait until awkward moments around Thanksgiving feasts to be grateful for everything that helps us engage in meaningful work."
