You cannot stand for ethics and integrity without some measure of doggedness.
The African society and particularly Nigeria is filled with lots of people who no longer have the ability to see corruption as an evil to be ignored.
Some corrupt people would go to seminars condemning corruption yet they are the corruption fighting back. Ironic!
We can however reverse this trend by starting with ourselves as individuals. One after the other, we can build a community where corruption won't find space to thrive!

⚖️ Is #Nepal on the Brink of a Revolution?
🚨 The Nepali government is once again pushing a controversial agenda — this time proposing a rule that requires obtaining permission from the person you're conducting a sting operation on 👿. If caught filming corrupt activities without this approval, you could face up to three years in prison. 🎥 Kudos to #TankaDhakal for bringing this story to light. 👏
Despite the abundance of news outlets in Nepal, 📺 very few report on meaningful issues. Without social media, many crimes and cases of corruption in Nepal would likely remain hidden. 🌐
🛑 A few months ago, the government attempted to pass a law that would shield corruption cases older than five years from prosecution. Thankfully, platforms like #Indepthstory on YouTube exposed this alarming proposal, revealing the government’s true motives. 👀
❓ But my question to all Nepalis is: How much longer can this go on? Are we nearing a revolution, like the one that took place in Bangladesh? ⚡️
P.S. If this new law passes, even liking 👍 or sharing 🔄 posts that expose corruption—whether you're in Nepal or abroad—could make you a target. It’s time to wake up and take action! ⚠️

According to the Transparency International's Corruption Perceptions Index, Nigeria was consistently ranked as one of the most corrupt nations globally, with a score of 25 out of 100 in the 2023 index. Despite a lot of efforts, little progress has been made in reducing corruption in Nigeria.
