VW SPEAKER PLUGS The pair shown on the top left is probably the fastest selling speaker plug in the U.K. The example shown is widely available online from many resellers, sadly they are near to useless because for almost all modern VW cars and vans the polarity is backwards and they aren't long enough to work with waterguards correctly. Our Presto Connect version solves both problems by being wired correctly and being longer, ofc wire so you know the quality is high and reliably won't be a problem. https://lnkd.in/eudVjmpK Even the most basic parts can always be better.

I drive a 2017 VW eGolf. I (and many other owners) complain of a squealing noise that is inconsistent, seems to be more prevalent in the morning or when it is colder. I took it to the VW dealer. They charged me $200 to service it, taking the wheel assembly apart, cleaning it and such. It might have helped, but didn't do nearly enough. Today, I noticed that the back wheel has more red dust than the front wheel. Is it likely that the dust is causing friction that results in the sound? Why would there be more dust in the rear wheel? Weight distribution?

Did you know that Volvo gave away the seatbelt patent for free? Few automotive devices have saved as many lives as seatbelts, invented by Volvo engineer Nils Bohlin in 1959. Recognizing the critical importance of this safety device, Volvo offered the patent for free to other automakers, establishing a de facto industry standard. This act of generosity has had a profound impact on automotive safety. In the U.S., a 1966 law mandated that all 1968 and later cars come equipped with seatbelts, further cementing their role in saving lives. #SafetyInnovation #VolvoInnovation #AutoIndustry #SafetyStandards #CarFacts

I'm afraid I have to disagree. It's a very symptomatic phenomenon for the German IT industry. UX is not even a second-class citizen here. It costs nothing to employ a proper element for the job. It's even easier to do. It's just that German IT generally doesn't care about user experience. It is an example of a job needing to be better made.
The internet is going CRAZY because Volkswagen used a slider and not a progress bar to visualize update status. Let's bash VW! 🚗 You know what? I'd do it the same way as VW. 😱 Done is better than perfect after all! If my choice is: 1️⃣ Go live today with a slider that might be touchable, but gets the job done. OR 2️⃣ Design and implement a new fool-proof progress-bar and go live some days later THEN I'd always prioritize go to market. Always. Nicely done CARIAD! Mercedes A180 with a crazy FlexRay fault! 🚗💥 This vehicle would exhibit every warning light illuminating on the dashboard when driving then within seconds would restore normal function. ⚠️😱 With over 200 fault codes stored the computer gave no real direction other than Chassis FlexRay offline! 💻🤷♂️ I bit of methodical thinking and hair pulling this intense FlexRay fault was rectified! 💪💡 #Automotive #ProblemSolved #FlexRay

VW ID7, in Germany, where is the demand? The ID7 was launched in September last year, after a year we see signs that the launch, in Germany, is not going to plan. The supply of low mileage vehicles has increased 4 fold over the last 2 quarters and in October has surged 74% compared to levels in September. A clear signal that supply is running significantly ahead of demand. Our transaction price index trades today at 61,467 € down -3.5% since January 1st, so discounts to original list prices are are between 6%-8%. This is a mild softening. These signals are bearish for transaction prices and RVs. #Cars #Assets #Capital #Investment has been on the market in Germany for approximately a year
