Building Remarkable Brands, End-to-End | A Dangerously Creative Provocateur | Former Disney Alum

My business partner (and pal) Jeff Litcofsky posted the other day about the idea of “patience with your business,” using an image of tomatoes fresh from his garden, still green and on the vine. It's a perfect analogy. However, there are other ways to look at it. This is why he and I are perfect business partners. Below is the dinner I created tonight (part of it)—fried green tomatoes from my garden. I did not want to wait for them to turn red, so… I reimagined what I might do with them. The same thing goes for running any successful business or brand. Especially a B2C brand. Patience is undervalued. But looking at things with different eyes often yields solutions—in this case, a delicious solution. #patience #innovation #perspective #brandsolutions #business #cpgbranding

Good take brah! Reminds me of the "If life gives you lemons...make lemonade" thang. 🍋 Now get some hot sauce for those green frisbees. 🌶 or even better try some Mr. Frank's Kitchen seasoning. 😋

This is awesome! Love the analogy and everything about this post. I think most entrepreneurs, especially younger ones don’t have much patience, which, like you described is a double edged sword.
