‼️Made in the EU 🇺🇦🇪🇺‼️ We are starting joint production of FPV drones 🔥 This cooperation is aimed at the development and implementation of advanced technologies in the field of drones in the Ukrainian market. Drones produced within the framework of this partnership are fully produced in the countries of the European Union, which allows us to significantly reduce dependence on Chinese components in the Ukrainian market. An important feature of these drones is high technical characteristics and increased resistance to enemy electronic warfare (EW) means, which makes them indispensable assistants in modern conditions. At the final stage of development is the "machine vision" technology, which will allow drones to carry out homing. This will significantly expand the possibilities of using drones. This cooperation will be a significant step in the development of Ukraine's high-tech industry and strengthen our technological independence. 🇺🇦🇺🇦🇺🇦🇪🇺🇪🇺🇪🇺

Record-Breaking Drone Show in China: Over 10,000 drones participated in a coordinated aerial display, setting a new world record. The event demonstrated the impressive technical capabilities of drone technology, especially in terms of scale and synchronization. Potential for Weaponization: The large-scale use of drones raises concerns about their potential weaponization. A future scenario could involve 10,000 AI-guided drones carrying bombs, creating a powerful, coordinated airborne attack force. This possibility emphasizes the dual-use nature of drone technology, which can be adapted for both entertainment and warfare. Industry Development: Such large-scale drone shows not only showcase technological advances but also promote growth in related industries like AI, aerospace, and defense. The rapid development in drone-related sectors opens opportunities for innovation but also poses significant ethical and security challenges. #ai #ml

#AI #UnderwaterDrones #MIT #DSCA #DARPA #DIU Drones currently have very little autonomy. They’re typically human-piloted and though some are capable of autopiloting to a fixed GPS point, that’s generally not very useful in a war scenario, where targets are on the move. But, the report’s authors say, autonomous technology is developing rapidly and whichever nation possesses a more sophisticated fleet of autonomous drones will hold a significant edge. Millions of defense #research dollars are being spent in the US and China alike on #swarming , a strategy where drones navigate autonomously in groups and accomplish tasks. The technology isn’t deployed yet, but if successful, it could be a #gamechanger in any potential conflict. A potential future conflict between #Taiwan and China would be shaped by novel methods of drone warfare involving advanced underwater drones and increased levels of autonomy. On Wednesday, June 19, the US approved a $360 million sale of 1,000 military-grade drones to Taiwan. Ukraine needs funding to increase drone production – Zelenskyy Ukraine can increase its own production of unmanned aerial vehicles many times over, but does not have the appropriate funds in the state budget and needs funding, says Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy. "Drones are definitely very helpful. This is already helping to save our people, our soldiers, first of all. But we need money to increase our production. We have these capabilities," Zelenskyy said at a press conference within the Crimea Platform in Kyiv on Wednesday. The head of state said he raised this issue at the 24th meeting of the Ukraine Defense Contact Group, which took place at the Ramstein Air Base (Germany). "Today, Ukrainian factories are ready to increase, double our production. Some companies, private companies, they are ready to do everything possible, and produce five times more. They can. They are ready. We have no money. We have no money in our budget to use. Therefore, we ask our partners to help us with financing. This is so important, because we are cheaper and faster," Zelenskyy said. https://lnkd.in/gAPan778

At #ESCRIBANO, we are aware of the importance of having defence systems ready to face the new threat posed by drones. For this reason, we are engaged in both national and European counter-drone programmes, and last week we had the pleasure of participating in an exercise of JEY C-UAS, the European C-UAS programme, where we demonstrated the capabilities of our GUARDIAN 2.0 remote station as a hard kill system.
