PPL's ...or PPB's? Well this is my derivitive from residential parcel lockers and relates to personal parcel lockers or boxes :) I've never been a believer due to: 1. the need for the courier to get to one personal box with arguably 1.2 parcels per stop 2. the fact that security can be an issue if several coiuriers visit the same beox before the consignee collects the parcels 3. the fact that capacity will likely be an issue, especially at peak Smart locks, whcich can make your garage or communal concierge room into an XXL locker are more my thing!
