Pharmavite’s female manufacturing leaders cultivate a culture where women can thrive, innovate and lead with confidence. Recently, female leaders from across Pharmavite attended the 2024 Women in Manufacturing Summit in Boston, which provided an impactful opportunity to connect with industry leaders, strengthen leadership skills and gain valuable insights. Additionally, earlier this year, several leaders from our Opelika facility hosted a Women in Manufacturing Day with Southern Union State Community College. The event welcomed local female students for a facility tour, small group discussions, hands-on workshops and a powerful panel of female leaders who shared their stories and fostered meaningful connections with students exploring careers in manufacturing and STEM. A special thank you to Alina Hakopyan, Aylin Asatourians, Birgit Kosgei, Ferdous Finklea, LaConya Holloway, Sandra Palomino and Robyn Antonaros-Ewing for attending the Women in Manufacturing Summit, and to Solanda Prather, Ferdous Finklea, Jennifer Boehnlein, LaConya Holloway, Morgan Ellis, PhD, and Tricia whitlow for hosting the Women in Manufacturing Day in your local community. https://lnkd.in/eCH-qfV #manufacturing #lifeatpharmavite #hiring
