Also, Applying the lens of 4C’s (in pics below) for #segmentation can help arrive at the right Impact. Impact such as right patient outcomes, shared decision making , higher patient satisfaction, better patient adherence and safety awareness. It’s an evolving space and more additions to patient services shall continue to disrupt and simulate a better engaging Cx experience.
